Après de nombreux reportages réalisés pour le Groupe ECT, j'ai proposé au service communication de réaliser une série de portraits, 85 pour être exact, sur les salariés.
Est né ce documentaire photographique sur les salariés de l'Entreprise, société spécialisée dans le traitement des sols issus des travaux du Grand Paris, sols excavés.
L'approche humaine est importante pour moi. Ces hommes travaillent dans des conditions difficiles, tractopelles, tunnels, boue, décharges, ce sont des lieux particuliers et des ouvriers qui ont le caractère Et ils étaient contents qu'on s'intéresse à eux et qu'on les mette en avant.
